Doors to a new Gourmet Club have opened!

I have recently completed this logo illustration for a fabulous (and I am confident in adding ‘fun’!) new venture by Wendy Gedney and fellow wine connoisseur Kate Wardell from the award-winning Vin en Vacances team.

Like many tour operators this year, Wendy has had to cancel almost all of her tours due to the pandemic, but she has been able to complete the renovation of The Old Winery, the new ‘home’ of Vin en Vacances. L’Ancienne Cave (The Old Winery) is located in Villeneuve-Minervois and (lockdown restrictions permitting) will be the venue for a number of new events for food and wine lovers. Languedoc wines, especially.

For those who can’t travel, or simply want to learn more about ‘la gastronomie’, the Quaffers & Scoffers Gourmet Club gives a great online alternative for wine-lovers and foodies. There’ll be videos, a monthly instalment from ‘Kates Kitchen’, access to The Tasting Note Vault, quarterly newsletters, on-line interviews with chefs, wine makers, cheese makers and many other goodies including special offers, discounts and free events.

I am helping Wendy with the design and build of a ‘new look’ Vin en Vacances website for 2021 where you’ll be able to join the Gourmet Club directly.
